Arrival Day
Arrival at the resort. Check-in from 2 p.m. We will get acquainted with the resort, and become familiar with the surroundings. Once everyone has checked in, dinner will be served and we will introduce ourselves, getting to know each other briefly. There will also be a brief introduction and explanation of the program for the days to come.

Day One of the Experience
Initial introduction to the Chakras. Today we begin with the Root Chakra. Morning performance based on the C note at the church. Breakfast.
Today we will become accustomed with the spa and its services. Relaxing day at the resort after traveling. Pool, sauna, etc. Plus remember, there are many pampering services offered on request (massages, body treatments, etc.). Lunch at the resort.
Organized short excursion to Fabriano, visit the Paper and Watermark Museum, the church of St. Onofrio, which hosts the sacred stairway from Jerusalem. Brief peak into the Teatro Gentile, a true gem of a theater, and the Oratorio della Carita`, with its frescoes and renaissance decorations.
Candlelight music performance before dinner to reinforce the energy focus of the Root Chakra. Special prepared dinner for all of us together.

Day Two of the Experience
Today we will get familiar with the Sacral Chakra. Morning performance based on the D note at the church. Breakfast.
In the morning will take an excursion to Arcevia and the surrounding Monte della Croce with beautiful views of the mountains and the blue Adriatic sea. We will explore two of Arcevia’s satellite castle towns: Castiglioni and Piticchio on the way to the renowned restaurant “Da Maria” in Pierosara, where the host and chef Gabriella will make us savor typical Marchigiani dishes, if she’s not too busy with television cooking shows!
After lunch we will visit the famous Grotte di Frasassi, among the largest and most beautiful caverns in Europe.
Return to the resort. Candlelight music performance in the chapel to reinforce the energy focus of the Sacral Chakra. Dinner at the resort.

Day Three of the Experience
Today we will explore the Solar Plexus Chakra. Morning performance based on the E note at the church. Breakfast.
Today we will entertain a magic excursion to the religious city of Loreto, which hosts Mother Mary’s house that was originally build in Nazareth. Loreto is the destination of worldwide pilgrimage. Lunch at the Michelin Star restaurant “Andreina” in Loreto.
After lunch we will return to the resort stopping by an historic winery in Morro d’Alba: Antica Cantina Sant’Amico, full of history …and great wines. Music performance emphasizing the E note and the Solar Plexus Chakra. Dinner at the resort.

Day Four of the Experience
Today is the day of the Heart Chakra. Morning performance will be based on the F note at the church. Breakfast.
This is a day of total relaxation at the resort. This is also the time to benefit from the Spa services offered on site. Gourmet lunch at the Marchese del Grillo. Free afternoon. Truffle hunting. Evening music performance on the Heart Chakra and the note F.
Short stop drop into an iconic pizzeria in Fabriano to savor the best wood fired brick oven pizza in the area, before returning to the resort.

Day Five of the Experience
This is the day of the Throat Chakra. Morning performance will be based on the G note at the church. Breakfast.
Excursion to Parco del Monte San Bartolo, overlooking the Adriatic Sea. Lunch at the restaurant “La Rupe” in Fiorenzuola di Focara, with breathtaking views.
After lunch a due visit to the Castello di Gradara, famous for his history and legend, where the tragic story of Paolo and Francesca took place in the 1200’s. The castle is one of the few large dwellings almost all intact since the XII Century. From Gradara we will head back to the resort and stop for dinner at “Tamburo Battente”, where Romina will delight us with simple delicacies.

Day Six of the Experience
Today we work on the Third Eye Chakra. Performance based on the A note at the church. Breakfast.
Today excursion to Numana, at the south side of the Monte Conero, a rocky mountain that stands tall from the Adriatic Sea, and is surrounded by deep blue waters. From the tiny port of Numana we will embark a private boat for a private tour around the cliffy mountain. If we feel like it, we can even dive in the clear waters and sunbathe aboard. Lunch obviously geared towards seafood at the restaurant “La Spiaggiola” in Numana, before returning to the resort for Spa activities before an evening music performance based on the note A, while working on the Third Eye Chakra.

Day Seven of the Experience
Today is the last day of the seven Chakras, the day dedicated to the Crown Chakra: The energy point related to spirituality, faith and excitement. There will be the usual music performance at the church. This time we will surround ourselves with the nuances of the B note. Breakfast.
Last excursion day: Straight to Monte Catria, the tallest mountain of the nearby Appennini range. We will climb almost to the top with gondolas to experience 360 degree views of the Marche region. Lunch at the restaurant “La Taverna Della Rocca”, an old trademark in picturesque Frontone. Afternoon visit to the spiritual Benedictine monastery of Fonte Avellana, before returning to the resort for last-minute relax at the Spa and pool.
Last performance at the chapel gravitating towards letting yourself totally free, while riding the frequencies of the B note related to the Crown Chakra.
Special mini seven course dinner prepared by the chef to celebrate the completion of our seven Chakras.
