Arrival Day
Arrival at the resort. Check-in from 2 p.m. We will get acquainted with the resort, and become familiar with the surroundings. Once everyone has checked in, dinner will be served and we will introduce ourselves, getting to know each other briefly. There will also be a brief introduction and explanation of the program for the days to come.

Day One of the Experience
Initial introduction to the Chakras. Today we begin with the Root Chakra. Morning performance based on the C note at the church. Breakfast.
Today we will take our first excursion to Assisi, a holy city with multiple spiritual connections. Anthony Profeta will be our expert guide for the city. Lunch at the Michelin listed restaurant “La Locanda Del Cardinale”, which has ties with Giulio’s heritage.
Music performance at candlelight, improvising on the C note to fully absorb the vibrations associated with the Root Chakra. Dinner at the resort.

Day Two of the Experience
Today we will get familiar with the Sacral Chakra. Morning performance based on the D note at the church. Breakfast.
Today we will become accustomed with the spa and its services. Relaxing day at the resort after traveling. Pools, steam room, sauna, etc. Plus remember, there are many pampering services offered on request (massages, body treatments, etc.). Lunch at the resort.
Meditation teacher Anthony Profeta will be conducting a valuable workshop on music vibration and healing. Olive oil tasting. Candlelight music performance to reinforce the energy focus of the Sacral Chakra. Dinner at the resort.

Day Three of the Experience
Today we will explore the Solar Plexus Chakra. Morning performance based on the E note at the church. Breakfast.
Today we entertain an excursion to Orvieto, an Umbrian gem. We will have lunch at the renowned restaurant “Coro”, internationally voted as one of the 16 most beautiful restaurants in the world from Prix Versailles 2025. After lunch we will explore Bolsena and its blue lake. Dinner at the resort.

Day Four of the Experience
Today is the day of the Heart Chakra. Morning performance will be based on the F note at the church. Breakfast.
Today’s excursion is to the medieval city of Todi. First we will have a gourmet lunch at the Michelin listed restaurant “Fiorfiore”. Then we will visit to the city. On the way back we will stop at Monte del Lago on Lake Trasimeno, overlooking Isola Polvese, sipping an aperitif and waiting for sunset.
Back at the chapel, music performance based on the note F reinforcing the Heart Chakra. Dinner at the resort.
August 30, 2026 – Sunday
Day Five of the Experience
This is the day of the Throat Chakra. Morning performance will be based on the G note at the church. Breakfast.
Full relaxation day at the resort, taking advantage of all the pampering from the Spa, with customized massages, facials and other body treatments. Lunch at the Villa. Truffle hunting in the afternoon with trained dogs. Anthony Profeta will conduct the second workshop, this time aimed at sharing valuable expertise on how to make use of the Chakra re-alignment during your everyday life.
Evening music performance focused on the Throat Chakra, communication and the G note. Dinner at the resort.
August 31, 2026 – Monday
Day Six of the Experience
Today we work on the Third Eye Chakra. Performance based on the A note at the church. Breakfast.
Today’s excursion is to Perugia. The city of chocolate. First we will visit the Tempietto, magic venue for contemplation. Afterwards we will drop into the historic center, with possible visit to the National Gallery Museum. Lunch at “Locanda del Bartoccio”, typical Umbrian cuisine. The afternoon is free for individual activities in the city of Perugia and for shopping.
Upon returning to the resort, we will pursue our focus on the Third Eye Chakra and the A note at candlelight. Dinner at the resort.
September 1, 2026 – Tuesday
Day Seven of the Experience
Today is the last day of the seven Chakras, the day dedicated to the Crown Chakra: The energy point related to spirituality, faith and excitement. There will be the usual music performance at the church. This time we will surround ourselves with the nuances of the B note. Breakfast.
After a morning of relaxation at the resort with a choice of Spa services, today we will enjoy the last excursion of this retreat: We will visit Montefalco, city renowned for its Rosso and Sagrantino wines. Expect one of Giulio’s famous surprises there!
Today we will be sharing our last dinner together with another specialty meal, customized to summarize our seven Chakras, represented to celebrate our experience and our bonding. And finally, after dinner, the last candlelight music performance will be showcasing the Crown Chakra, and the B note, which will effectively conclude our Sense-ational Awakening experience by reaching the climax of our senses.
