• Airfare to Italy. Considering the fact some guests may opt to fly first class, others economy, other by using frequent flyer miles, other may already be in Europe others may elect to continue their stay in Italy after the retreat, etc., we elected not to arrange air travel. The closest main large international airport served by trans-continental flights is Rome Fiumicino airport (FCO), also called Leonardo da Vinci airport.
• Transportation to and from the resort. Upon request we can assist you by putting you in contact with private over-the-road transportation services available.
• Spa extras: Massages, facial treatments and body treatments (available on request and upon appointment).
• Beverages (alcoholic or not) other than the included beverages above, are considered extras and are not all-inclusive. The extras will be billed separately on your account.
• Other activities which are not included in the Schedule-Itinerary, such as E-bike rentals, golf, horseback riding, etc.
• Tips and gratuities are also not included.
• Travel Insurance is not included.

Your personal data shall be handled by us, both manually and through data processing systems, with the purpose of a) meeting your requests (no consent required) and pursuing activities in the fields of b) marketing, promotional activities and forwarding of information material relating to services and products offered by our organization (consent required). TERMS & CONDITIONS

Cancellation Policy:

A) For cancellations before May 27, 2025 no penalty will be applied, except for the $ 700.00 non-refundable deposit.

B) For cancellations between May 27 and June 25, 2025, there is a 50% penalty based on the total amount paid. 50% of the amount paid will be refunded to you minus the non-refundable $700.00 deposit.

C) For cancellations between June 26 and July 25, 2025, there is a 75% penalty based on the total amount paid. 25% of the amount paid will be refunded to you minus the $700.00 non-refundable deposit.

D) For cancellations on or after July 26, 2025, there is a 100% penalty based on the total amount paid. No refunds allowed within this timeframe.

GUARANTEE POLICY:

All reservations require a valid credit card with expiration date due at time of booking.

TRAVEL INSURANCE:

We do not offer travel insurance but we strongly recommend guests purchase travel insurance from their selected insurance companies.
